My own health - and the health of my clients - have dramatically improved, by following the exact 12-week plan you’ll learn in this course.
In my 20s, I couldn’t eat anything (even the healthy stuff) without feeling absolutely terrible afterwards - bloated and constipated, I was almost always uncomfortable. Hi! I’m Ally, MS FNTP RWS. I'm a certified Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and the founder of Loveleaf Co.® based in Brooklyn, NY. If you're on prescription antacid medications or proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) you must work with your healthcare professional to wean off these medications before starting the 12-week plan that you'll learn about in the course.
